What size events can you cater?

Our venue partners span a very wide range, from intimate spaces seating around 36 guests up to venues with reception capacity for several thousand. Each venue listing on this page shows its reception, seated and, where relevant, theatre capacity so you can match a space to your guest count.

Do we have to use one of these venues to hire MAX?

No. These are venues we know well and are frequently approved at, which makes planning smoother. We also cater in private homes, corporate offices, tented and outdoor sites, and at venues that are not on this list.

What does being a preferred caterer at a venue mean?

It means the venue has already approved us to work in their space. In practice that removes a round of vendor approvals and means our team already knows the kitchen facilities, load-in access and timing constraints at that property, which reduces the number of unknowns on event day.
