Two friends looking for a new adventure sat down to ponder what it could be. From a restaurant to a night club everything was on the table. But they landed in a space they knew so well…catering. The result? MAX Ultimate Food.
Time for Something New
Sensing that it was time for something new in the Boston food and beverage industry, in 2001 friends Neal Balkowitsch and Dan Mathieu teamed up to launch their next venture. A business that would refresh Boston’s party scene.
