Graduation season in Boston is concentrated in May and June, which makes it one of the busiest periods of our year. Because so many celebrations fall on the same handful of weekends, booking well ahead is the surest way to hold your date.
Can you set up and serve at our home?
Yes. Home graduation parties are a specialty. We bring the necessary equipment, set up, serve throughout and handle cleanup, so the family can spend the day with their guests.
Can you cater an outdoor or tented graduation party?
Yes. We have extensive experience with outdoor events, including backyard parties, tented receptions and celebrations on campus and at private properties throughout the region.
Can you accommodate a wide range of ages and dietary needs?
Yes. Graduation parties usually mix generations, so we build menus with that in mind and routinely accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-related requirements alongside the main menu.
What does graduation catering cost per person?
Pricing depends far more on service style than on the occasion. As a general guide, drop-off catering starts around $25 per person, a staffed buffet begins around $75 per person, and a fully staffed plated dinner with bar service can reach $250 or more per person once menu complexity, staffing, rentals and venue are taken into account. We build a detailed proposal once we know your date, guest count, venue and service style.
