What types of corporate events do you cater?
We produce seated dinners, cocktail receptions, board and executive luncheons, client entertaining, company-wide galas, product launches and after-parties for businesses, nonprofits, hospitals and cultural institutions across Greater Boston and New England.
Can you cater in our office as well as at a venue?
Yes. We cater in corporate offices and on company campuses as well as at event venues, and we are a preferred caterer at dozens of Boston properties, which smooths approvals, load-in and timing when you do book outside the office.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
Lead time depends on the season and the venue. Peak periods such as the November and December holiday calendar book earliest, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a target date. For smaller weekday functions we can often work on shorter notice.
Do you handle staffing, rentals and beverage service?
Yes. We are a full-service caterer, which means our team covers the food, the beverage program, professional service staff and event rentals, and coordinates the timeline with your venue so that you are not managing multiple vendors.
What does corporate catering cost per person?
Pricing depends far more on service style than on the occasion. As a general guide, drop-off catering starts around $25 per person, a staffed buffet begins around $75 per person, and a fully staffed plated dinner with bar service can reach $250 or more per person once menu complexity, staffing, rentals and venue are taken into account. We build a detailed proposal once we know your date, guest count, venue and service style.
