The first two floors of this handsome Beacon Hill townhouse are available to rent, and will serve as an elegant backdrop for your special occasion. The handsome drawing rooms and dining room with marble fireplaces create a splendid setting for private dinners, receptions, corporate events, and wedding rehearsal dinners. The large formal drawing room seats 50 guests for dinner, while the dining room seats 22 guests. Prescott House can accommodate 130 guests for cocktail receptions or buffet dinners.
