Whether for a corporate event or child's birthday party, Boston Children's Museum offers the environment, spaces and services to meet the need.
For corporate events, the Museum is one of Boston's premier event venues, offering a unique, eclectic spin on event planning. Located in the heart of Boston's Innovation District, and situated right on Boston's Fort Point Channel, the Museum is within walking distance of the Boston Convention Center and offers some of the most breathtaking views of Boston's magnificent skyline. The Museum offers not only an outstanding location but a facility that assures a fun and enjoyable experience in an environment created for play and learning. The Museum hosts meetings, receptions, and dinners on a regular basis with catering managed by nationally renowned Restaurant Associates.
The entire facility includes three floors of exhibit space. Guests may access all exhibits and, if desired, museum staff will be available in the spaces to help with the exhibit experience.
Our dramatic Atrium, with its 40 foot glass windows, is the ideal space for receptions or seated dinners. This space has many interesting design features allowing for a variety of set-ups. During the warmer months, the Atrium windows may be opened to allow for outdoor seating and access to the patio which fronts Fort Point Channel.
The Museum is also the perfect place to host a memorable birthday party for a child.
Birthdays at the Museum include a private party room for 2 hours, with free Museum admission for the day for you and your guests. You will also have a birthday party coordinator assigned to assist you with your party.
