Yes! For beach and outdoor venues that allow it, we offer authentic pit-style clambakes cooked over hot rocks with seaweed — the traditional New England method. For locations where open flames aren’t permitted, we use commercial steam kettles that produce equally delicious results.

Absolutely. We always include non-seafood options such as grilled chicken, steak tips, or vegetarian dishes alongside the clambake spread. No one goes hungry at a Max Ultimate Food event.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance for clambakes, especially during peak summer season (June through September). Lobster and seafood availability is best secured with advance planning.
